Asset Register

• Book Value / Net Book Value: Book value is original cost; NBV is after accumulated depreciation. Assets where NBV <20% of book value are flagged "For Review".
• Category Chart: Doughnut shows portfolio split by asset type. Hover/tap segments for T$ values.
• Depreciation Bars: Each bar shows the category's share of total portfolio value.
• Asset Register Table: Lists all assets with their Asset ID (location-category-sequence), condition rating, and current NBV.
• Condition Ratings: Excellent / Good = no action; Fair = schedule inspection; Poor = raise CAR immediately.
• Add New Asset: Tap the button at the bottom, fill the form — a QR code label is auto-generated for the new asset.

Asset ID format

• NKU = Nuku'alofa, VAV = Vava'u, HAP = Ha'apai
• Category codes: IT, SEC, ATM, GEN, HVAC, VEH, VLT

Stock Management

• Reorder Alert (red KPI): Number of SKUs at or below their minimum reorder level — action required today.
• Stock Levels vs Reorder chart: Red bars = current stock; navy outline = minimum reorder threshold. Any red bar shorter than its navy bar needs a purchase order.
• Reorder Alerts table: Critical = stock <50% of minimum; Low = stock below minimum but >50%. Raise PO via full ERP → Procurement module.
• Stock Movements: Recent issues (red) and receipts (green) — use this to spot unusual consumption patterns.

Action steps for reorder

• 1. Note the SKU code from the Reorder table.
• 2. Open ERP → Assets module ↗ to raise a purchase order.
• 3. Critical items (toner, UPS batteries) should be ordered same day.

Inspection Scoring

• Pass: Score ≥85% — asset is compliant, no action required.
• Conditional: Score 70–84% — minor deficiencies found; schedule follow-up within 30 days.
• Fail: Score <70% — raise a CAR immediately and restrict asset use if safety-critical.

How to start an inspection

• Tap Start New Inspection at the bottom of this page.
• Select the asset, inspection type, your name, and scheduled date.
• After completing the physical inspection, enter the score and findings in the full ERP.

Trend Chart

• Navy line = average score % (left axis). Gold dashed = inspection count (right axis).
• A downward trend in score over 3+ months should trigger a management review.

Corrective Action Requests (CARs)

• Critical: Safety risk — must be resolved within 24–48 hours. Escalate to Branch Manager immediately.
• High: Operational impact — resolve within 7 days.
• Medium: Minor deficiency — resolve within 30 days.
• Low: Cosmetic or low-risk — resolve within 90 days.

CAR Lifecycle

• Open → assigned but not started.
• In Progress → remediation underway.
• Overdue → past due date without closure — triggers email alert.
• Closed → verified complete by supervisor.

Raising a CAR

• Tap Raise New CAR, select the asset, set priority, describe the issue and root cause, assign staff, and set a due date.
• Critical CARs auto-notify the Branch Manager via email when raised.
