AI Intelligence: 7 SKUs below reorder point — projected stock-outs in 8-14 days if not replenished. Recommend raising purchase orders for critical consumables today.
How to use Inventory
Stock Management
  • Reorder Alert (red KPI): Number of SKUs at or below their minimum reorder level — action required today.
  • Stock Levels vs Reorder chart: Red bars = current stock; navy outline = minimum reorder threshold. Any red bar shorter than its navy bar needs a purchase order.
  • Reorder Alerts table: Critical = stock <50% of minimum; Low = stock below minimum but >50%. Raise PO via full ERP → Procurement module.
  • Stock Movements: Recent issues (red) and receipts (green) — use this to spot unusual consumption patterns.
Action steps for reorder
  • 1. Note the SKU code from the Reorder table.
  • 2. Open ERP → Assets module ↗ to raise a purchase order.
  • 3. Critical items (toner, UPS batteries) should be ordered same day.

Dashboard Tab
  • Your real-time command centre. Shows total assets, overdue maintenance count, inspection count, and open CARs.
  • Facility Health dials — green = healthy (≥80%), amber = attention needed (65–79%), red = critical (<65%).
  • Priority Alerts — sorted by severity. Critical alerts require same-day action.
  • Quick Actions — start inspections, raise CARs, or scan QR codes without switching tabs.
  • Tap the Reports tab to email the dashboard summary to management.
Assets Tab
  • Asset IDs use the format BRANCH-CATEGORY-SEQUENCE (e.g. NKU-ATM-001 = Nuku'alofa ATM #1).
  • NBV (Net Book Value) = purchase cost minus accumulated depreciation. When NBV <20% of book value, the asset is flagged for replacement review.
  • Condition Poor assets must have a CAR raised immediately.
  • Tap Add New Asset to register a new asset — a QR code label is generated automatically for tagging.
  • Asset details and full depreciation schedules are in the ERP → Assets module.
Inventory Tab
  • Monitors consumables and spare parts stock across all branches.
  • Critical reorder = stock below 50% of minimum; Low = stock below minimum.
  • The bar chart compares current stock (red) against reorder threshold (navy outline).
  • To raise a Purchase Order: note the SKU code, then go to ERP → Assets → Procurement.
  • Stock movements show the last 30 days of issues and receipts — use to spot unusual usage spikes.
Inspections Tab
  • Pass ≥85% — compliant, no action. Conditional 70–84% — follow-up within 30 days. Fail <70% — raise CAR immediately.
  • Fire Safety and Vault inspections are regulatory requirements (NRBT) — ensure none are overdue.
  • Tap Start New Inspection, select the asset and type, then carry out the physical inspection using the ERP checklist.
  • The trend chart shows 12-month score and volume — a downward score trend over 3+ months triggers a management review.
CARs Tab
  • Critical CARs must be escalated to Branch Manager within 2 hours of identification.
  • Overdue CARs automatically trigger email alerts to the responsible officer and branch manager.
  • Tap Raise New CAR — always include root cause to enable systemic fixes (not just symptoms).
  • CAR closure requires supervisor sign-off in the full ERP — the PWA shows status only.
Reports Tab
  • AI Summary — auto-generated executive summary based on live KPI data. Share this in management meetings.
  • Export CSV — downloads a spreadsheet with Assets, Inventory Alerts, Open CARs, and Inspections. Opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Export PDF — triggers your browser's print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF" to create a file.
  • Email Report — select report type, enter recipient email, and tap Send. The email is sent from the server and includes KPI data and active alerts.
  • ERP Deep Links — one tap to open the relevant ERP module in your browser.
