AI Intelligence: 7 SKUs below reorder point — projected stock-outs in 8-14 days if not replenished. Recommend raising purchase orders for critical consumables today.
How to use Inventory
Stock Management
- Reorder Alert (red KPI): Number of SKUs at or below their minimum reorder level — action required today.
- Stock Levels vs Reorder chart: Red bars = current stock; navy outline = minimum reorder threshold. Any red bar shorter than its navy bar needs a purchase order.
- Reorder Alerts table: Critical = stock <50% of minimum; Low = stock below minimum but >50%. Raise PO via full ERP → Procurement module.
- Stock Movements: Recent issues (red) and receipts (green) — use this to spot unusual consumption patterns.
Action steps for reorder
- 1. Note the SKU code from the Reorder table.
- 2. Open ERP → Assets module ↗ to raise a purchase order.
